You agree to:
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information
- Not interfere with our servers, network, or operations
All website content, branding, code, graphics, and materials created by GritFusion remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.
Clients must:
- Provide required project information on time
- Ensure provided materials do not infringe any laws
- Approve milestones and deliverables within agreed timelines
All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or contract. Delays in payment may pause or terminate project delivery.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared materials, documents, and communication.
GritFusion is not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Data loss due to client-side or third-party issues
- Unplanned downtime caused by external hosting services
Timelines depend on client communication, approvals, and scope clarity. Delays caused by incomplete inputs or scope changes are not our responsibility.
Either party may terminate the agreement if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are overdue
- Mutual decision to discontinue services
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
